What the trailers have shown so far

A quick recap of what Rockstar has officially shown before release. We'll replace this with real walkthroughs once the game is out. All three official videos are posted on the board under Videos.

Setting

• The game is set in the state of Leonida, Rockstar's take on Florida
• Vice City is back as the main city
• Rockstar's site also names other regions, including the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia and Mount Kalaga

Characters

• There are two playable leads, Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval, shown as a criminal couple
• The trailers suggest the story follows the two of them getting pulled deeper into crime across the state

Timeline

• Trailer 1 came out in December 2023 and Trailer 2 in May 2025
• An Extended Look, the first gameplay showcase, premiered on Netflix and YouTube on August 27, 2026
• The release date is November 19, 2026
